The Hospitality Industry Career page on visitphilly.com was created as a job's resource for the hotels, restaurants and attractions industries. The page was created to help support the tourism and hospitality industry in Philadelphia. The first phase of the project is currently live and consists of a single page that includes job opportunities in the hospitality industry. Phase includes creating an entire jobs resource on visitphilly.com with multiple pages to help people find jobs in this industry.

My Role

Research, Planning and Scoping - Created a features list for the page and drafted a detailed scope for the developer.
UX Design - Created a user flow for the entire resource in addition to mockups of how to page will be organized.
Quality Assurance Testing - Completed thorough testing to ensure development was completed correctly and efficiently.
Analytics & Reporting - Created events through Google Tag Manager to track the success of the page, monitored success of page in Google Analytics and created detailed performance reports for stakeholders.
